This Project is located in North West of Damavand city in west of Ahmadabad village which is surrounded from three sides by Sarhar mountain chains, The nomination for name of this project due to the profusion of a kind of plant in the area named "Avishan". Considering the country place of Damavand this project is mainly for preparation of villas for summer times.
Therefore construction of some entertainment and sports places consisting of some contemporary quarters, roofed sports places including swimming pool, ping pong, computer games, tennis yards, horse riding mange, bicycles sites and handball also on the progress. Also ten villas as the patterns for huge constructions are under construction.
The project specifications include:
• Total area of the project 155 hectares
• Total area for civil preparations: 114 hectares
• Total residential area 76 hectares for construction of 700 villas with total areas of 500 to 2500 m2 for service, sports and cultural usage.
• Green spaces 41 hectares with more than 350 different planted trees and decorative botanies.
• The project pertains to civil preparation and grading, construction of pass ways and access roads, raised curbs and asphalt roads with execution of water and waste water networks.
• Embankment and excavations: more than 3 million cubic meters
• Rock excavation: 200000 m2
• Construction of main and sub ways: totally 25 km
